Our clocks are designed and printed here in Australia by Laser Sharp Creations. They are NOT designed for children to play with as they contain small pieces that could become a choking hazard and are for display purposes ONLY.

We are taking a little Christmas break from 23rd December until 4th January. Although you will still be able to place your order, all orders placed during this time will not be processed until our return (4/01/22) and will have a 10-14 business day processing time.
PROCESSING TIME (Outside of Christmas Closure dates)
At Laser Sharp Creations we strive to provide our customers with fast shipping and quick processing times in order to get our items to our customer as soon as possible.
Our general processing times (unless stated otherwise) are 3-5 days for most custom orders. Sometimes this can be done much quicker depending on our current orders at time of purchase.
Non custom orders are 1-3 days processing time. Our processing time is on top of Shipping time, which is determined by Australia Post.
All our parcels are sent with Australia Post. We offer both standard shipping and Express shipping for those that need their parcels in a hurry.
Unfortunately we are unable to give estimates on expected delivery times at the moment due to COVID delays.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders due to change of mind, accidental order, incorrect name etc. We are unable to provide responsibility for any lost mail once it leaves our care, or if incorrect addresses were supplied.
In the case you have received a damaged item, we have sent you an incorrect order or misspelled a name we will replace the item and pay for the return.
Please consider that images shown on your device/ computer may appear slightly different to the true item colour. We try our best to show the items true colour in light but are unable to offer returns due to colour discrepancies.
Items cut from plywood & pine may have slightly different wood grain variances due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault of the product.
Misspelling of Names:
Please ensure upon purchase that all names are spelt correctly as once items are made we can not make any changes. If you have only just placed your order please contact us ASAP on email@example.com and we will try our best to address this.
Incorrect Address/ Lost parcels
Please check during check out that the address you have entered is correct as we print our postage details directly from this. We cannot be liable for any lost parcels if the address you have provided us is incorrect. If you have entered the incorrect address please notify us ASAP on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect shipping details given to us we will contact you to arrange payment of a new label.
When a parcel is returned to us and return shipping is paid by us, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping plus new shipping before we can resend the item.
