Our processing time is exclusive of shipping time, which is determined by Australia Post or other relevant carriers.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our parcels are sent via Australia Post or Courier. We offer both standard shipping and Express shipping for those that need their parcels in a hurry.

Please contact Australia Post or the Courier company directly or visit their website for regular updates. 

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, accidental order or incorrect details being provided. We do not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged mail once it leaves our care.

In the case you have received an incorrect item due to our error, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping.

Colour 

Please consider that images shown on your device/ computer may appear slightly different to the true item colour. We try our best to show the items true colour in light but are unable to offer returns due to colour discrepancies.

Items cut from plywood & pine may have slightly different wood grain variances due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault of the product.

Misspelling of Names:

Please ensure upon purchase that all names are spelt correctly as once items are made, we cannot make any changes. If you have only just placed your order please contact us ASAP on lasersharpau@gmail.com.au and we will try our best to address this.

Incorrect Address/ Lost parcels

Please check during check out that the address you have entered is correct as we print our postage details directly from this. We cannot be liable for any lost parcels if the address you have provided us is incorrect. If you have entered the incorrect address, please notify us ASAP on lasersharpau@gmail.com.au. 

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect shipping details given to us, we will contact you to arrange payment of a new label. 

When a parcel is returned to us and return shipping is paid by us, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping plus new shipping before we can resend the item.
