These keepsake/time capsule box come customised with your babies details. They are perfect for storing all the special keepsake items in or even the perfect gift for the little collector.
Perfect for keepsake items like first toys, first lock of hair, hospital items, dummy etc.
These come with a 3D white acrylic piece for the name with babies birth details engraved on the timber sliding lid.
Custom details: Name, DOB, Weight, Height, Time of birth. Please enter these details EXACTLY as you would like them engraved on the box (including any apostrophes). If you do not include an apostrophe or S on the end, we will not add it to your name.

At Laser Sharp Creations we strive to provide our customers with fast shipping and quick processing times in order to get our items to our customer as soon as possible.
Our general processing times (unless stated otherwise) are 5-10 business days for most custom orders. Sometimes this can be done much quicker depending on our current orders at time of purchase.
Non custom orders are 5-7 days processing time. Our processing time is on top of Shipping time, which is determined by Australia Post.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our parcels are sent with Australia Post or Courier. We offer both standard shipping and Express shipping for those that need their parcels in a hurry.
Please contact Australia Post or the Courier company directly or visit their website for regular updates.
RETURNS
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders due to change of mind, accidental order, incorrect name etc. We are unable to provide responsibility for any lost mail once it leaves our care, or if incorrect addresses were supplied.
In the case you have received a damaged item, we have sent you an incorrect order or misspelled a name we will replace the item and pay for the return.
Colour
Please consider that images shown on your device/ computer may appear slightly different to the true item colour. We try our best to show the items true colour in light but are unable to offer returns due to colour discrepancies.
Items cut from plywood & pine may have slightly different wood grain variances due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault of the product.
Misspelling of Names:
Please ensure upon purchase that all names are spelt correctly as once items are made we can not make any changes. If you have only just placed your order please contact us ASAP on lasersharpau@gmail.com.au and we will try our best to address this.
Incorrect Address/ Lost parcels
Please check during check out that the address you have entered is correct as we print our postage details directly from this. We cannot be liable for any lost parcels if the address you have provided us is incorrect. If you have entered the incorrect address please notify us ASAP on lasersharpau@gmail.com.au.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect shipping details given to us we will contact you to arrange payment of a new label.
When a parcel is returned to us and return shipping is paid by us, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping plus new shipping before we can resend the item.
